What types of used machinery do you supply?
We mainly supply used excavators, bulldozers, loaders, motor graders and other road machinery. Common brands include CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi, SANY, Kobelco and other popular construction machinery brands.
Do you inspect machines before shipping?
Yes. We can provide real machine photos, working videos and inspection support before shipment. Buyers can also request video inspection or third-party inspection before final confirmation.
Can you provide real photos and working videos?
Yes. For available machines, we can provide photos of the full machine, cabin, engine area, undercarriage, bucket and important details. Working videos can show engine start, movement, swing, travel and hydraulic operation.
What is your minimum order quantity?
One unit is acceptable for most used machinery orders. Dealers and importers can also request multiple machines according to budget, model and destination port.
Do you show prices on the website?
Usually we do not show fixed prices because used machinery price depends on model, year, working hours, condition, shipping method and destination port. Please contact us for the latest quote.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on machine size, shipping method, destination port and vessel schedule. Small machines may use container shipping, while larger machines may need flat rack, bulk cargo or RoRo shipping.
Can you help with export shipping?
Yes. We can help confirm machine dimensions, loading method, export documents and shipping plan. Buyers can tell us the destination port, and we will check suitable shipping options.
Can you handle customs clearance?
We mainly support export shipping from China. Import customs clearance depends on the buyer's country. We can provide export documents and shipping information for your local customs broker.
What payment terms do you accept?
Payment terms depend on the order and machine availability. Before payment, we recommend confirming machine photos, videos, inspection details, quotation and shipping plan clearly.
Do you offer warranty for used machines?
Used machinery is normally sold based on actual machine condition. We focus on real photos, working videos and inspection support before shipment, so buyers can understand the machine condition clearly.
Can I visit the yard before ordering?
Yes, buyers or their inspection agents can request a visit or inspection arrangement when the machine is available. Please contact us in advance to confirm the machine location and schedule.
